Susan Wile Schwarz is a managing director at High Lantern Group, where she advises global organizations on how to position brands, initiatives, and new market offerings, both internally and externally. She brings expertise in healthcare, life sciences, and the business impact and opportunities presented by longevity and the Silver Economy. In addition to her role at HLG, she serves as head of health programs for the Global Coalition on Aging. ​

​Prior to joining HLG and GCOA, she advised nonprofit organizations and mission-driven businesses on management, communications, and growth strategies. She has a Master’s of Public Health from Emory University and a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University in US History and Middle Eastern Studies.
