Mats Delsing is a Senior Associate at High Lantern Group, where he supports strategic communications and stakeholder engagement work for clients across healthcare and life sciences, with particular focus on conference strategy and multi-stakeholder convenings.
Before joining HLG, Mats worked in strategic healthcare communications consulting at Schuttelaar & Partners in the Netherlands and at Advancing Health Equity in New York, on engagements ranging from pharmaceutical evidence-generation strategy to program development for healthcare professionals.
He holds a Research Master in Health Sciences from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Amsterdam. Alongside his training, Mats spent five years as an in-home caregiver for people living with late-stage ALS and Duchenne muscular dystrophy, which continues to shape how he thinks about healthcare.
