Kattie is a Senior Director at High Lantern Group, where she leads strategic communications and KOL engagement initiatives across the life sciences and healthcare landscape. With a strong foundation in marketing and communications, she brings deep experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programs that sit at the intersection of science, advocacy, and healthcare delivery.
Her work spans the full scope of stakeholder and KOL engagement programs; from strategic identification and outreach, to conference preparation, onsite coordination, and insights implementation, all designed to help cross-functional teams build relationships that advance their science and mission.
Prior to joining HLG, Kattie led marketing and communications initiatives across healthcare and other sectors, helping organizations strengthen their visibility and impact. She holds a BA in Public Relations and a certification in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School.
