Charis is an Associate at High Lantern Group in the Washington, DC office, working at the intersection of global health and emerging technology with a strong commitment to mission-driven impact. She brings a background in policy research and community organizing, supporting clients in advancing cross-sector initiatives through advocacy and coalition building.
Before joining HLG, Charis worked in the nonprofit sector in policy research and advocacy at several grassroots organizations. She previously taught English to ELL learners and remains engaged in community-driven work. Charis holds a BA in International Politics and Comparative Literature from Pennsylvania State University.
