Alexis helped start High Lantern Group in 2009, and prior to rejoining, Alexis led and scaled teams, built and launched several professional services companies and new business lines, and, as general counsel, managed the legal function for several firms and successfully executed dozens of aqui-hires, acquisitions, investments, and divestitures.
